How much is it to rent the luxurious restroom or flushable portables?

How far in advance do I need to reserve my date?

As long as the date is still available, we would be able to make it to an event with only a week’s notice. However, our dates fill up very fast, so it is recommended to reserve your date a year in advance for the restroom trailer and four months in advance for the flushable portables.

How much do I have to pay to reserve my date?

To reserve your date, you will need to pay half of your invoice plus a damage deposit. After the units are picked up and inspected, any damages will be deducted from the damage deposit and the remainder will be returned to you.

What do you accept for payment?

We accept cash and checks with no fees and we accept cards and Venmo with a merchant fee. Cash and check can be sent to 28120 County 66 Staples, MN 56479.

What area do you service?

We service all of Minnesota and the surrounding states. We are located in Staples, MN but we are willing to travel to make your dream day come true.

What do I need to provide for the luxury restroom trailer and flushable portables?

The luxury restroom trailer needs a garden hose hookup for water and a standard wall outlet for electricity. For electrical we need a 15 AMP dedicated outlet which usually is a standard wall outlet that needs to be the only plug in on the outlet. All other amenities including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, amenities baskets, and more are included. If you do not have water or electricity hook ups, we can provide those.

For the flushable portable nothing needs to be provided by you. We supply water, toilet paper, paper towels, and soap for these units.

When do you drop off and pick up these units?

Generally, we drop off on Thursdays and pick up on Mondays. We call a week in advance to talk about these details. If you need a specific drop off or pick up day, we can work that out as well.

How many units do I need for my event?

The number of units varies depending on how long an event is, how many guests will be in attendance, and whether food and drinks will be served. We will give you an accurate estimate of the number of units and size when you reach out to us.

Generally, our luxury restroom trailer can accommodate up to 450 guests for the duration of your event and a portable can accommodate up to 50 guests.

Are your units ADA compliant?

Currently, we do not have any ADA compliant units. However, our trailers have handrails to get up the stairs with ease. We also can put a portable next to the trailer for in these instances.

What kind of surfaces can you park your units on?

With the restroom trailer and portables, we need somewhat flat ground to set them on, but they can be on any type of surface.

How much room do you need to park your units?

The restroom trailer attached to our truck is 40 feet long. We will need enough room to maneuver the trailer into the right position. With the flushable portables, we can move them into position so we will not need a certain amount of space.

What is stocked in the amenities baskets in the luxury restroom trailer?

Each of our amenities baskets are stocked with lotion, deodorant, Shout Wipes, Advil, lint rollers, Kleenex, First Aid Kit, Q-tips, and mints. Other items include hairspray, hair gel, tampons, pads, and hangover relief.

What are these units used for?

We have taken our luxury trailer and flushable portables to weddings, corporate events, family reunions, graduation parties, and many other events. These are perfect for events where you want to provide comfort to your guests.
